For security reasons, Cristina Diez online purchases may be delivered only to the billing address of your credit card and will require a signature by an adult aged over 18 upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.
After your order is processed we will send you our package by Royal Mail Special Delivery at the flat rate of £4.95 per pair of shoes.Please allow one to two business days for the process of your order unless expressly stated otherwise in addition to the delivery service time which will be one business day which should mean that you receive your package by 1 pm the following working day.
Please note that Royal Mail do not consider Saturday a working day. For Special Delivery orders dispatched on a Friday by Special Delivery, the package has a good chance of arriving on Saturday but may be delayed until Monday. A signature is required for all Special Delivery packages. Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.
Cristina Diez cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. When placing your order, please provide a mobile number or email address in order to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery, this will also enable us to send you an estimated delivery time.
Cristina Diez insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
