If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a 14 day return policy which means that you must return the goods within 14 days of delivery.We shall accept returns of Cristina Diez goods not worn, used or damaged for a full refund or exchange. You are responsible for any return delivery charges; any delivery charges already paid are non-refundable. Except for faulty goods, all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packing.
Any items returned outside this time frame are accepted at the discretion of Cristina Diez.
We are unable to automatically process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire exchange or return the item you do not want and to place a new order on www.cristinadiez-shoes.com. You may place a new order on www.cristinadiez-shoes.com at anytime. We do not accept exchanges on sale merchandise and neither refunds. We recommend that you use Special Delivery or another insured parcel post for your return . We shall not be responsible for goods that are not returned to us and that you cannot supply proof of delivery signature.
Every effort will be made to issue a prompt refund within 30 days –thirty- from our receipt of your written notice of cancellation. We will send you an email notification once the return has been processed.
How to proceed if you wish to return faulty goods
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Exchanges may be possible (at your option) if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same size, subject to availability.
