ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

The purchase of merchandise through the Cristina Diez Website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the website in accordance with English law.

In order to make purchases through the Website, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, date of birth, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Additionally, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Shop by browsing through the “Online shop”. Then click on the image to access the individual item’s product page where you will be given information on sizing and colour options.Add merchandise to your shopping bag by clicking on the “Please add to my shopping bag” button near the desired item.

Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the “Remove” button next to the item. To change the number of items click on “update shopping bag” and add in the new quantity. Resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag, click the “Continue browsing” button. Finally proceed to checkout to finalize your purchases and follow the instructions.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. All communications including advertisements made by Cristina Diez and all information on this Website are invitations to treat only and are not offers or unilateral contracts.

If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Website, we will attempt to notify you by email within 24 hours of the product becoming available on the Website . Please note that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period. Should this be the case, you can contact us via email on customerservices@cristinadiez-shoes.com .In case of items not being available we will then notify you when the item requested is next available in store. In the meantime we will keep your request on our wish list and contact you should the item again become available to arrange payment details. Prices shown on the Website are in Great British pound “GBP” and are inclusive of all taxes if appropriate. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. Cristina Diez must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorised and stock is checked, Cristina Diez will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records. You will also incur carriage costs. If you are buying from outside the United Kingdom, you may also incur duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery.

We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfil an order we have accepted, your credit card will be refunded with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.

Cristina Diez reserves the right to refuse to supply any person for whatever reason.

PAYMENT

Before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We shall do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.

All prices include VAT at the applicable current rates, but exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Cristina Diez accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American express, Maestro, Solo

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be dispatched. Please note payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch.

We will use our commercially reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
